We want you to be happy with your purchase. Therefore, you may return any item within two weeks of delivery if you are not satisfied. Refunds will be in the form of original payment. Shipping costs are not refundable. We will offer a refund if you ship it back to us in its original packing material and container in perfect condition. We will replace any Ketubah print that is damaged in shipment. If your Ketubah arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email to: info@Jewish-Ceremonies.com
Otherwise, the order will be deemed inspected and accepted by you.
The return shipment must be fully insured by the buyer. All prints must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Please contact us by email and we will provide a return address.
Custom and personalized orders are not returnable.
Handmade pieces may vary slightly from the picture.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery, although many items are available immediately.

Some items are shipped out the next day after your order is placed, but many are created especially to fill your order. Some pieces ship from Israel and others from the US, so if you select 2nd day, please specify the exact date you require the item. Regular Shipping (3-5 days) will come by either UPS Ground, Priority Mail or 3rd Day FedEx.
