Otherwise, the order will be deemed inspected and accepted by you.
- The return shipment must be fully insured by the buyer. All prints must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Please contact us by email and we will provide a return address.
- Custom and personalized orders are not returnable.
- Handmade pieces may vary slightly from the picture.
- Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery, although many items are available immediately.
- If you need an item yesterday call us toll-free, and we will let you know how soon we can get it to you and what the additional cost for a rush order will be 1-877-718-9703
- All pieces are subject to availability and prices are subject to change.
- You will be notified if we cannot fill your order or if there is a price change.
- Orders may be sent online (ideal) or by calling us at 1-877-718-9703
- Orders will be sent either by us or, often, directly from the artist.
- Some items are shipped out the next day after your order is placed, but many are created especially to fill your order. Some pieces ship from Israel and others from the US so please specify the exact date you require the item. Regular Shipping (3-5 days) will come by either UPS Ground, Priority Mail or 3rd Day FedEx. Call us if you need your order in less than 3 weeks. Otherwise specify the date on which your order needs to arrive. We will always be able to get it to you but a rush fee may apply. We will notify you immediately if there is a rush charge.
